NW Training and Development today announced the unveiling of a brand new website.

The site www.theartofsafety.ca is the culmination of Gary Phillip’s 27 years as a Safety and Organizational Development Professional.

Gary commented on the release of his new book; “I’m thoroughly convinced that safety programs must go way beyond the current practices of injury avoidance in today’s fast changing and often litigious environment. 

After teaching leaders and installing safety programs all over the world, including, Canada, the United States, New Zealand and Australia, and after interviewing and studying with clients and experts from every related field, I’ve boiled down all these learnings into the simple breakthrough techniques for OPTIMAL SAFETY PERFORMANCE you’ll discover in my new book The Art of Safety.”
