Resetting a Lost Password is Easy
For security reasons every person has a different and unique password. The system stores these passwords encrypted so if it is lost it will need to be reset. Our support team will not be able to retrieve a lost password for you. Please follow these steps to get started.
- Click the link "Lost your password?" below
- Use your email address or login id when it asks to look up your user name
- Check your email. The system will email you a confirmation to reset your password.
- Click the reset link in this email
- Check your email again. The system will email you a new temporary password
- Use this new password to gain access to the site and then update your profile to change your password
